Description: |
The major responsibilities of the role include# Assessment of the bid resources required and their availability.# Obtaining relevant bid resource as required.# Production of a costed Bid Plan and gaining authorisation for the plan.# Management of the Bid Plan and budget# Reviewing and monitoring progress and resolving issues and problems.# Initial risk plan and summary and completed risk plan# Management of assumptions/issues# Producing the Bid PID/Directive and establishing the bid library (and other bid infrastructure)# Managing the output of discovery activities including assupmtions and dependencies and planning for due diligencecompletion.# Management of Proposal production.# Arranging business approval review and contract approval review.# Arranging Bid (and/or bid stage) initiation meetings.# Ensuring that transition project PID, resource Plan, risk plan and quality plans are in place.The succesful candidate will be able point to a proven track record of managing large bids ideally within the IT/TelecomsMarketplace |
