Telecom, Telco, Carrier, Network Operator, Internet, ISP, WAN, Finance, Billing, Billing Operations, Revenue Assurance, Debt Management, Payment, Collections, Data Analysis, Call Data Records, CDR, Mediation, Access, Excel. This global telecom service provider has an opportunity for a Billing Analyst to join their busy billing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate & timely delivery of the monthly billing run, ensuring the completeness of each billing cycle by monitoring the daily CDR load programme, reporting & tracking any exceptions & providing the primary interface with all external suppliers (CDR suppliers & Managed Billing Outsource Company) to ensure timely & accurate bill runs. The successful candidate will enhance & develop billing systems & upgrades, application releases, & customised change orders, meet budget targets, monitor & report on billing SLA, analyse CDRs & statistic files from their telecom switches, liaison with Ofcom for service audits & capture, track & Q/A manual bill generation. Candidates must have 1 year previous billing experience, ideally from a TelCo background & good knowledge of common computer terminology, (Windows NT/2000, Microsoft Office, MS Access & Microsoft Excel). Should be accurate, numeric, analytical & enjoy working with large volumes of data. |
