In fact, the firm is often referred to as theindustry standard of excellence in optimising mature Customer Relationship Management solutions, such as call centre andsales force effectiveness, and as the pioneer in the reinvention of marketing and customer management in the digital age.The CRM service line within the UK practice's communications and high technology (C&HT) market unit focuses on designingand implementing best practice CRM solutions for major communications and high technology clients in the UK. Clientsinclude BT, Vodafone and Microsoft. The service line is currently made up of approximately 190 people whose deep industryknowledge, technical and functional skills enable them to design, build and implement CRM solutions.We are recruiting Billing Project Consultants to join this group. We have openings for Project Managers and Billingapplication Configurator/Developers. These roles are based in the UK but as the majority of our work is based at clientsites you will need to be prepared to travel globally.Qualifications * Strong A-level results * University degree (2:1 classification or better).Professional Skill Requirements * Billing specifics * Minimum 2 years' Experience with Software design and delivery project management strategy definition, requirements, design, test, delivery, maintenance for Project Manager roles or 2 years of configuration/development experience, using at least 1 billing software package for Configurator/Developer roles * 1 to 4 years' Experience with Billing system design and delivery * Expertise in at least 1 billing software package: Intec SingleView, Portal Infranet, Kenan * Experience in the Telecom specific billing components configuration / integration: mediation, rating (including real time rating), billing, payments (pre-pay, post-pay, revenue share), journaling, product lifecycle management, partner relationship management (reseller, wholesaler, provider, MVNO) interfaces (EAI, web services) * Knowledge of the Telecom specific sub-sectors: wireless, wireline, cable, broadband internet, ISP * Experience with CRM system integration project (Siebel, Clarify, Peoplesoft, Chordiant) * Knowledge about Telecom specifics OSS / BSS architecture Location: London |
