Major BMS manufacturer has a vacancy for an experienced BMS Projects Engineer in the Midlands area.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:* Applications/Design/Software* Hardware Engineering* Commissioning* CAD Work* Client liaison* Estimating variations and new works* Associated engineering documentation* Project Management* Purchasing* Control of Sub-contractors* Cost Control* Proactive planning and communication with the project team* Efficient and accurate implementation of Projects* Ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting and exceeding customer requirements* Competent in electrical and mechanical systems, controls systems and safety* Site co-ordination and liaison with client, End User, Project Manager, Sub Contractor and Commissioning Engineers* Assist team in estimation and planning of new projects* Selling of small projects/ variations* Assists in the technical development of the teamAPPLICANTS MUST HAVE:* Good HVAC knowledge* Previous experience of BMS Project design using any brand of system i.e. Trend, Satchwell, Honeywell, TAC, Siemens(Landis & Staefa), Andover, Johnson Controls, Cylon, Sauter etc. |
