Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled secretary to provide vital support to the Managing Director in busy team environment. This position would ideally suit someone with excellent secretarial skills, who takes great pride in their work and wants to excel in this busy role. Highly organised, IT literate and with initiative, you will approach your work with a sense of urgency when necessary and be able to prioritise your workload, often working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Ideal requirements are secretarial background , although common sense and enthusiasm are more important.You should have a proven ability to deal with clients over telephone, a fast and accurate audio typing speed and good spelling and grammar skills. You must have a professional approach and be able to deal with demanding clients whilst exercising confidentiality at all times.
