An excellent opportunity has arisen for a chef manager to work in the Brasserie of a four star hotel in Hampton, Surrey.This is a fantastic stepping stone for someone who is looking to pursue a career as a head chef/chef manager, this isbecause you will be managing the kitchen, drawing up rotas and allocating work.Only people with a passion for food need apply. All the food is cooked from scratch, with nothing but the VERY best,fresh ingredients. The hotel caters for between 90-100 guests during the winter and this number can go up to 600 duringthe summer months; the kitchens are therefore very busy and produce French cuisine to the highest standards.Working two days of 2pm-10pm and then 3 of 10am-10pm and candidates will also be expected to work alternate Sundayevenings. There are two chefs in the kitchen but due to demands of the business applicants must be prepared to work ontheir own at times.
