GovernmentTo develop assumptions in conjunction with the Head of Financial Planning and Control for preparation of budgets by business unitsTo review budgets for adherence to guidelines and conduct analysis so as to provide assurance on the integrity of budgets submittedTo consolidate financial and cash budgets to ensure overall targets, cash limits, and PPP and PFI commitments are metTo monitor actual and forecast financial performance against budgets so as to supply timely information and comment on variations and follow up on remedial actionsCalculate information on four weekly cash requirement5 years experience in a senior management role in a financial management environmentProfessional qualification in a financial management subjectExcellent numerical and analytical skills, including modelling of P&L, cash and balance sheetsThorough knowledge and experience of developing budgeting and forecasting processes and systems |
