Our client, a leading facilities management company, are looking to recruit a qualified Building Trade Craftsperson for alarge pharmaceutical site in Hertfordshire. The role will involve carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance repairsto the building fabric, maintaining the building in line with set standards, overseeing external contractors carrying outrepairs within the building and assisting other engineers in the execution of their duties.Suitable candidates must have a minimum of C&G accreditation in a building trade discipline, preferably time served, bepresentable and client focused and able to work on own initiative. A good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry(GMP/GXP) would be advantageous.This role involves working a 37.5 hour week.
