My large successful clients are looking for an experienced building services engineer to join their facilities team. Your role will incorporate several aspects of the facilities in place, Health and Safety, maintenance, both corrective and preventative, electrical installations and liasion with external contractors and suppliers. Some form of building services qualification is expected (HNC, HND, Degree etc) along with experience with heating and ventilation systems, health and safety regulations and approximately 5 years within the industry.Our clients offer a structured work and training programme that will give you the opportunity to progress and specialise in certain areas of facilities management.
