Our client, a leading property and construction consultancy, is currently seeking a Building Surveyor/Project Manager tobe based at their Head Office in Surrey. The individual must have good client facing skills and is required to assist aSenior Project Manager on various projects. The type of work ranges from feasibility studies to project management ofretail projects from inception to completion. Good knowledge of health and safety legislation required together withexperience of report writing.Experience: At least five years, two of which must be with minimum supervision.Qualifications: HND/HNC or Degree.Skills:" Computer literate." Good written and oral communication." Articulate" Client facing." Basic CAD skills an advantage" Team player.Salary Range: GBP 23,000-28,000 + benefits |
