The company specialise in defect diagnosis and analysis, contract administration and planned maintenance. Recent projects have included; Re-roofing, re-cladding & re-decoration of a Grade II Listed museum. Full preliminary, pre and post contract construction services for a local authority. Full design and monitoring services to refurbish an industrial facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to join a medium sized consultancy with a strong team of long-standing Partners, most of which have progressed through the company to develop specialist areas of the business. Remuneration; Up to GBP 30,000 per annum Contributory pension scheme. Flexible benefits package. Share scheme. Minimum 24 days holiday. Requirements; A minimum of 2 years building surveying experience, ideally within a consultancy and/or multi-disciplinary practice. Practical experience of DDAs, dilapidations, condition surveys, pre acquisition surveys, fault analysis and building control. An enthusiastic, driven and motivated attitude.
