: Well know charity based in central London is seeking candidates who are skilled in HR & Payroll IT Software systems. Do you have experience of HR & Payroll software? Are you interested to work for a "household" name charity? We are interested to hear from candidates who have 2-3 years experience of business process / analysis with regard to HR and Payroll systems. People with experience of ResourceLink, SAP HR, Peoplesoft, Oracle HR, Rebus HR etc would be of interest. The organisation has a very complicated Payroll so applicants must be familiar with pay rolling temporary staff and TUPE staff where different terms and conditions exist. Your experience will have covered testing processes and procedures. Any knowledge of reporting using Business Objects / Crystal Reports / Cognos software is a bonus. the main thrust of the role is too work very closely with the HR and Payroll managers to ensure that these areas are utilising IT systems to the best effect. |
