BUSINESS ANALYST LEGAL - INVESTMENT BANKING - LONDONLeading investment bank require a BA from an investment banking background. The ratio of technical / business skills is approximately 70/30 respectively and the emphasis will be on the candidates analytical and writing skills as well as data manipulation and E2E lifecycle experience. A legal understanding is not vital but would be beneficial as this role is based within the Legal Team, however, investment banking systems knowledge is key. You must have 5+ years Business Analysis experience which must include the following technical skills:- Excel, Visio, Word, Powerpoint and SQL. The solution being used for the document management system is Hummingbird so any knowledge of this would be highly desirable, as well as exposure to any methodologies would be advantageous (Eg. Prince2, ITIL, MS Project). |
