Reporting into the Application Support Manager, you will have responsibility for the configuration of all retail and related systems and their interfaces to the other TTG systems and use your specialist knowledge to assist in fault diagnosis and fixes ensuring all TTG attractions benefit from the best possible solutions.Candidates must be experts in retail systems with the ability to define and configure the most complex retail system within the constraints of the software. In addition you must have the ability to run training sessions in all aspects of Retailix and Futura and have previous hands on configuration experience of a live retail system.
