Description: |
To produce timely management information for the business and functions in order to navigate the business performance. Toprovide Business Unit/Company/Corporate information and comply with reporting requirements. To ensure thataccounting/control systems and procedures are maintained to comply with Company and Statutory requirements. To review andhighlight key variances from the business plan and work with the business to define and implement corrective actionplansTo provide financial support and input into the planning process and to take the lead from a strategic financialviewpoint. In conjunction with Line Management and/or colleagues initiate and act upon a personal development plan.(PDP)Ensure that all relevant Company Policies and Procedures are understood and adhered to. Maintain individual skillsand technical knowledge to Company standards. |
