The Role: Reporting to the Managing Director, your mission is to drive and increase Business performance through theestablishment of challenging benchmarks and best in class asset optimisation (AO), continuous improvement (CI) andstrategy implementation. Working as a leading member of a dynamic UK management team, the prime measure of success will be your ability to speedup effective execution of improvements in business performance. You will have rounded business skills to support your commercial specialty which makes you comfortable to lead theparticular organisation into a profitable future.The Requirements: A tough minded and highly experienced senior team player, focused on the delivery of excellence across the business:With a stable career history and a demonstrable track record and passion for the commercial building and constructionsector and the continuous improvement and performance of this business. You will have an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of current construction business development techniques,Capable of aligning the organisation to the improvement process through your Hands-on ability to champion culturechange. Ideally you will be degree educated, you will have excellent communication and business relation skills coupled withstrong leadership and motivational strength and an unquestionable and no nonsense approach to all aspects withinconstruction. |
