Business development manager / Account manager position available within the Biometric & Single Sign-on Systems, providing iris recognition, fingerprint recognition, hand recognition and face recognition technologies. Whether it's biometric security, biometric time & attendance or single sign-on solutions. You will be pro-active & professional in all aspects of the role, as you will be tracking a lengthy sales process from start to finish. "A quality product, DICTATES a quality professional" Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager. You will be part of a highly efficient team of sales professionals; you will be expected to have a full understanding of the relevant market sectors and be able to hit the ground running with your existing knowledge of the players in this market. The caliber of the individual that will execute this role is that of a person, that is well versed in the industry products & terminology. Coupled with a demonstrated ability to understand the needs of the clients and the constant ability to deliver above and beyond their expectations. The ideal candidate will have an extremely professional sales approach, relevant market experience & proven track record of exceeding sales figures, you will have 2-3 years relevant experience, and have a proven history in exceeding objectives. You will be pro-active, with the product knowledge to discuss the technical aspect of the role on all levels. You will have a strong work ethic, and the mind set to deliver all customer requirements within pre-defined parameters.
