Sound knowledge of BPO business and/or sound knowledge in one more of the following domains.Banking and Finance (Retail, Credit Card, Mortgage).Insurance (Life, P&C).Telecom.Hospitality6. Ability to manage the UK geographys budgetRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE1.Driving new business FTEs and revenues annually (Targets set quarterly)2.Lead generation, managing sales pipeline, proposal development, preparation of presentations, assisting in closingdeals and working with internal teams to assess and sell client-specific solutions.3.Providing necessary support in all aspects of account management and business development4.Achieve revenue targets as set out by the organization for the team5.Work within allocated budgets and minimise cost per sale6.Account management with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE1. Preferably a MBA in Sales and Marketing from a reputed Institute2. 3-5 years in a Sales Role for a global company3. Sales experience and experience with large and/or offshore outsourcers4. Consistent record generating and closing new multi-year IT/BPO deals5. Success in meeting or exceeding revenue plans.6. Proven track record of success in strategic sales, skills in analyzing and evaluating territory dynamics, etc.7. Experience with large account management8. Create, develop and implement sales plan9. Proficient with a successful, proven track record of account planning and account management.10. Understanding of business cycles of procurement, budgeting, financial management, etc.11. Ability to understand financial statements and perform simple financial analysis.
