this is truely a team effort. you will spend 60% of your time working in partnership and liaising with localauthoritires, housing associations and large blue chip end users. you have experience or preparing and devilering bidsand tenders as well as presentations and be an excellent communicator with the listening skilss and rapport buildingskills to match. you will be self motivated, a problem solver and pay attention to detail in all that you do. you will beoperate as a project manager would and be the figure head / co-ordinator for the teams business efforts. if this soundslike you, please e-mail your cv as a word document. |
