The role will challenge the successful applicant to generate new business in addition to a proportion of account management. You must be used to dealing with large contracts and be comfortable selling an environmental concept at boardroom level and changing the thinking pattern of the way large companies view their environmental impact. The Ideal candidate will fit in with the culture of the company, which is very 'start up' so you will need to know where and how to win new business and possess a 'can do' attitude. You will need the confidence and ability to liaise with clients to a senior level and possess exceptional sales ability and communication skills that will inspire positive change.
