Established for nearly 20 years, we are privately owned and operating in the enviable position of a profitable business looking to expand due to continued success.Because of this success they are now looking for a Business Development Manager - MODYou will be able to: build client relationships and satisfaction, to generate follow-on or new opportunities within assigned accounts, develop opportunities for consultancy, resourcing and solutions, have the skills to undertake proposition development, account planning, opportunity planning, pursuit management and deal closure, manage account profitability, provide leadership on sales pursuits, oversee multiple proposal development effortsYou will demonstrate: a successful track record in delivering opportunities and revenue within a sales targeted environment,knowledge of a broad range of consulting activities as well as thought leadership in specific subject areas,excellent understanding of IT and its business implications,understanding of programme and project management experience. an extensive base of Defence client experience. strong executive level client relationship management, the ability to establish a strong sense of purpose, high standards and a sense of urgency for self and others, the ability to create an open flow of information by using a range of communication tactics.We offer uncapped earnings potential and the opportunity for development within a growing company.
