Our client is the leading supplier of luxury, high-end contract furniture, curtain's and fabric's to the hospitality sector - e.g. hotels, bars and nite club's. Due to an internal promotion and consecutive quarters of strong sales growth our client now requires the services of an experienced sales executive to drive the sales of within their specific verticals. This is a strong opportunity for a determined focused individual to develop an already a solid career in "Contract Furniture & Furnishings". Responsibilities for this role include managing an elite portfolio of existing clients (i.e. hotels, bars and nite club's) with a focus on developing these into real revenue generators, whilst ensuring high levels of service and account retention. You will also use your contacts and knowledge of the "Contract Furniture & Furnishings" industry to hunt down and generate new business opportunities. Finally, you will be expected to conduct senior level presentations and negotiations, with all level of the management hierarchy. Our client is looking for a candidate with ideally 2 years minimum experience in selling high-end (often bespoke) contract furniture and furnishings to the hospitality sector - e.g. hotels, bars and nite club's. You will have excellent contacts within the industry and be able to demonstrate a history of exceeding both monthly and annual revenue targets. Finally, you will have polished presentation skills and adopt a consultative sales strategy that is focused on understanding the client's needs, rather than a box shifting mentality. The salary package on offer is negotiable dependant on the successful candidates specific experience and whether you can hit the ground running -although, it will consist of a base salary (GBP 25-35K), excellent uncapped commission structure (GBP 45K OTE) + company vehicle + mobile.
