London based sales role selling Property Development Sales / Property Investment Sales / Off Plan Property Sales into IFA's / Financial Advisers National Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager, New Business Sales, Property Development Sales/Property Investment Sales, London, EC1 based office with work from home option, 45-60k basic, Uncapped OTE with accelerators, Career Progression. Seeking to build on an already established market presence and reputation, my client is now actively recruiting for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive the business forward getting involved in major property deals across the UK selling their range of property Investment services into the IFA's / Financial Advisers, Legal and Corporate market place. Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will be relied upon to source new business by generating and converting leads in to concrete sales selling Property Development Sales / Property Investment Sales / Off Plan Property Sales into the IFA's / Financial Advisers, Legal and Corporate market place. Your focus will be the City of London and key prospects will include City Law firms, Insurance Brokers, Commercial Property Agents, Commercial Lenders and Commercial Investors as well as IFA's / Financial Advisers Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years sales experience within a Property Development Sales / Property Investment Sales environment and a proven track record of over achieving sales targets. You must be a 'Heavy Hitter' and a clear communicator with the sales drive to see a challenging long cycle sale through from start to finish. The fortunate individual will enjoy a GBP 20 - 30K (negotiable) base salary depending on experience with a lucrative commission structure based on performance.
