Job Description:This role reports directly to the Corporate Business Manager. You will be responsible for marketing to, cultivating andliaising with Corporate / Private sector clients in relation to their facilities management provision. Otherresponsibilities include: implementing and structuring a detailed database of clients, researching and identifyingbusiness from the corporate and private sectors including: financial and associated business, telecoms, utilities andpower, transport, industrial/manufacturing,competitor analysis and detailed market research on corporate capability .This is a proactive sales / customer relationship role.Candidate Specification:Good sales/business development experience in the form of cold calling and client visits/ presentations. Ability tonegotiate and influence people at all levels. At least 3 years within a business development environment. Degreeessential, preferably in facilities or business administration or equivalent. Knowledge / experience relating to customercare/ pre-qualification process/ client relationships are key.
