Business Development Manager, Territory Manager, Account Manager, Fashion, Jewellery, Watches, London and Home Counties, OTE GBP 45,000+. This is a fully autonomous field sales role reporting directly to the U.K Sales Director and working in an assigned territory. Our client, one of the leading names in Global Fashion, Jewellery and Accessories, is now seeking to recruit a new Territory Manager to help continue the constant growth they are experiencing year on year, despite the retail slowdown. They have a strong name in men's and women's watches and accessories, although this role will focus predominantly on the watch portfolio. You will be targeting independent retailers within an assigned territory within parts of London and the surrounding Home Counties, selling a portfolio of men's and women's casual and formal time pieces. This will be a fully autonomous field sales role, working from home. You will be expected to build a strong rapport with a whole range of decision makers including major buyers, merchandisers and retail owners. The territory will include a range of major multiples, although the bulk of the time will be spent dealing with the independent jewellers and retailers on your patch. To be successful in this role you will, obviously, come from a Fashion sales background, ideally jewellery, and have a proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets in a field sales role. In addition to this the right candidate will be experienced and competent in dealing with all manner of decision makers, be able to think quick on their feet and be able to act as a consultant, relationship building, merchandiser and salesperson all wrapped into one.
