Description:

The Role Direct responsibility for client account management working across a number of partnerships, taking control of creativeand managing these partnerships Developing creative content to drive sales from those partner sites Negotiating placements on partner sites to maximise exposure for Figleaves Monitoring, reviewing and optimising the performance of partners and circulating performance reports Building positive and pro-active relationships with external partners and colleagues Providing performance analysis and input for deal negotiations Resolving any performance issues on an ongoing basis Integrating with other members of the team to successfully complete the workload of the departmentSkills and Experience Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a business development / partnership / promotions role (either on the agency orclient side) Strong relationship building skills Excellent negotiation skills Excellent communication skills written and verbal Numerate and analytical Good attention to detail Online experience preferred Computer literate (intermediate level Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet)The Person Highly organised Personable Team player Creative Can work on own initiative Persuasive Hard working and energetic Ambitious Strong business acumenRemuneration Package Competitive salary 25 days holiday per annum Company stakeholder pension scheme private medical insurance scheme share options life assurance generous staff discount
