Reporting into the Head of procurement, you will act as the commercial authority within the Product delivery Team.You will be required to manage the Product Delivery Team Procurement Function, ensuring an effective procurement strategy and process is applied for the procurement of major subcontracts. You will be responsible for the complete procurement process between the Product Delivery Team and sub contractor organisation, working with the appropriate functions from requirements definition, development of the Statement of Work, contract negotiation and placement, contract performance and subcontract management, invoice payment, Engineering Change Proposals and contract dispute resolution.Other responsibilities will be to identify and manage risks affecting the procurement strategy and to provide data input for cost model and life cycle reports.
