Description:

Our client is looking for a school leaver, educated to A-level standard, to join their Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Group. The BPO Group provides specialist services including financial & payroll outsourcing, management reporting and producing statutory financial statements for clients.Role Description:Working with various managers and team members - initially providing processing support, then rapidly progressing to take on preparing and processing accounts for clients. You will also study for an AAT qualification, for which a study package will be provided.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and process multi-currency payments- Process purchase and sales invoices- Process expense claims- Assist with month-end accounting procedures- Help in the design of spreadsheets- Use of accounting systems SUNACCOUNT and SAGE- Assist with the processing of payrollsPerson Specification:- A-levels with a minimum of 24 UCAS points in three subjects- IT literate in Word, Excel, Powerpoint (SUNACCOUNT and SAGE experience is useful, although not necessary)- Enthusiastic about a career within accountancy- Logical thinker- Good, supportive team player- Strong and confident communication skills- Ability to build and develop good relationships- Good organisational skills able to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy in work
