Our client is seeking experienced Business Solutions Sales Executive selling ERP solutions to pharmaceutical companies. As a business solutions sales executive, you will coordinate your activities with other members of the team to make sales happen. You will be responsible for finding and closing mid-market opportunities and teaming with the field to drive enterprise accounts. Our sales process is consultative, relational and strategic, all in the same account - you need to be able to handle all of these. You will also call into accounts, map, and qualify prospects. You will develop and manage relationships with key prospects. You will develop and run demos for prospects, develop presentations, adapt sales collateral, with limited support. You will develop and run live and web based presentations on the fly. You will manage a complex, opportunistic sales process. You will price business and draft proposals in coordination with the rest of your team. You will also negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate will be a graduate, preferably with MA or PhD. They will have 3 - 4+ years of experience in selling Enterprise IT Systems such as ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence, Application Integration solutions or similar solutions into healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life sciences companies. They will need to demonstrate industry knowledge in response. Proven Solution Selling or consultative sales skills with high levels of documentation will be prerequisite. Moreover, our client requires that this candidate have a demonstrated, consistent track record of attaining and exceeding quota. Outstanding written/verbal communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and familiarity with common computer software programs are also necessary.
