Our client is an exciting and dynamic rail firm based in London who is currently going through a massive growth stage dueto Londons recent acquisition of the Olympic Games. They are looking for a competent and dedicated Administrator tosupport multiple areas within the company. This position will have massive scope for promotion and movement throughoutthe company. Please dont hesitate to submit your details for this superb role.Role and Responsibilities: To maintain proper financial and administrative control in all activities concerned with the order matching andreconciliation of Distribution Services purchase invoices. To control, verify and process Distribution Services salescharges to customers. To liaise with the companys finance, external suppliers and customers resolving queries and providing information asneeded. To support and cover similar post at Distribution Services.Key Accountabilities: Implementation, monitoring and identification of corrective actions necessary to meet, policies and targets applicableto Distribution Services to meet business and departmental objectives. The verification and processing of purchase invoices, sales transactions, customer invoice statements, insurancecorrespondence as necessary Liaison with Distribution Services staff, the companys Finance staff, external suppliers and DSM customers on a timelybasis. Implement appropriate controls to ensure integrity of static data files is maintained Provision of cover for other business support posts during holiday and absence periods. Any other administrative dutiesas identified by the DSM management team.Key Performance Indicators: Minimal number of supplier queries and payment issues Minimal number of customer queries and complaints relating to sales transactions and information provided Ensure quality of management information is maintained and timely Supplier and customer queries are dealt with to specified timescales Distribution Sales information is processed in accord with periodic timetableRequired Skills and Experience:Critical experience, know-how and qualifications A solid administrative background, ideally with some experience of invoice handling and/or verification of items Experience of operating various computer based systems A high degree of communication both orally and in writing ,good but firm telephone manner
