Description:

World Leading Telecoms Company requires a business support co-ordinator to provide a business support service to 3 systems managers within the design division. The principal focus of this role is to aid the efficiency of the team and provide effective data management and reporting. You will need to work as part of a team, supporting others in the provision of a flexible, efficient service.Key Tasks:General administration duties to includeManaging communications e.g. newsletters, unit specific informationOrganising, chairing, and tracking meetings and following up action points on behalf of teams and committeesUpdating WebPagesMS Access database managementAssessing and recommending new tools, processes and Best Practices'Pro-actively taking responsibility for tasks and by so doing, improving the overall efficiency of the 3 design unitsDeveloping a good knowledge of the companies support processes.Perform some basic finance accounting/finance functionsThe successful candidate: -Will be open-minded, flexible, with the ability to communicate with clarity/understandingCan work with minimal guidance / supervision alone or in a teamAccepts and undertakes tasks outside own normal dutiesDisplays good attention to detailQuickly learns and applies new skills and techniquesHandles internal and external contacts in a professional manner. Demonstrates good oral communications skillsIs reliable in confidentially handling informationHave excellent knowledge of computer systems i.e. MS Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel Has the ability to attend and participate at project meetings, systems led workshops and be able to handle incoming contacts including "filtering" of contacts and treatment of sensitive information.3rd Level qualification desirable
