Description:

The department is divided into two groups; a Development Team and a Production and Planning team who plan and execute thedocument production work. You will work directly for the Head of Production Services and you will have two directreports: Production Manager and Operations/Planning Manager. Your role will include; the day to day management andmonitoring of the production service, work schedules, prioritisation and planning in line with business needs ensuring100% service delivery; achieving optimum productivity and service quality through a process of continual improvement andprudent change management; maintaining effective communications within the team and with other departments; buildingstrong internal and external relationships and adhering to recognised best practices. You will need to have experience ofcollective investment market and above all must be prepared to take ownership and follow through to completion on thementioned tasks.
