The business is currently the fastest growing IT company inthe UK and a FTSE 250 player.Applicants for the roles below should feel they align strongly with the above culture strongly, as the cultural fit isvitally important to the leadership of the business.To complete the global team, I seek a high calibre Business Systems Manager (Finance / BI) and 2 Functional Leads (1 inHR and 1 in F&BI).BUSINESS SYSTEM MANAGER: Finance & Business IntelligenceThis role is pivotal to the successful implementation of the new internal Strategy. You will be driving the transitionfrom a multiple small local apps situation to a uniform apps environment within the specific F&BI remit; which includes:SUN accounts & COGNOS.Finance & BI will lead on the majority of new strategic initiatives, therefore this role is seen as the key to furthersolution rollout success through the business. The responsibility of this role will also include: Driving theestablishment of Master Data structure, Drive the inplementation of an integrated Financial system across 10 countries,Manage small offshore delivery team and selected vendors, Applications roadmapping and anticipation of businessrequirements.Of course alongside all these - you will be leading and managing a team of 10++ day to day, including hire / fire andappraisals.If you are a proactive manager with experience in Finance and Business Intelligence systems, perhaps you have worked withan SI, consultancy or Vendor and can add value from a new perspective... Your role will be towork in the requirements definition phase, connecting and communicating with the business to translate the needs intorequirements, then to design / configure and implement the solution.Your role is key within the internal technical team, to ensure the transition from multiple small applications to auniform application approach is handled effectively and in a timely manner.You will have between 2 and 3 years experience and be seeking an opportunity to concentrate on applications within yourfunctional area. This position requires an individual who can speak the language of the business and also do someconfiguration.
