Business Transformation Manager (Six Sigma Black Belt) My client is a leading High Technology blue chip who provide IT solutions to over 50% of the fortune 500, and 70% of the FTSE100. My client is US owned with an expanding operation in the UK, they have been using Six Sigma and Lean techniques for the last 3 years and these initiative have sponsorship at CEO level. They are now looking to make an addition to the quality team with a Business Transformation Manager, this role will require...Business Transformation Manager (Six Sigma Black Belt)My client is a leading High Technology blue chip who provide IT solutions to over 50% of the fortune 500, and 70% of the FTSE100. My client is US owned with an expanding operation in the UK, they have been using Six Sigma and Lean techniques for the last 3 years and these initiative have sponsorship at CEO level. They are now looking to make an addition to the quality team with a Business Transformation Manager, this role will require you to run hands on Black Belt projects as well as delivery change to middle manages throughout the business. This role requires someone. You will have over 3 years Six Sigma experience to be suitable for this role and ideally be BB certified. You will also have experience of running transactional projects and ideally come from a service background. As this role involved a high degree of change management you must also possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role is based Essex and offers a salary in the region of 40-45K + a very attractive bonus. |
