: A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced buyer within a leading Aerospace organisation. Duties to include but not be limited to: Purchasing Functions 1. Initiate procurement action within agreed budgets 2. Initiate with the Material Management Team, the purchase action and maintain control records for calendar lifted aircraft components 3. Action procurement requests for all non-aircraft requirements for all Logistics Service Centre departments 4. Provide management information to the management team and a suitable suite of KPI's Supply Support Tasks 1. Maintain, update or adjust as appropriate, 'min/max' figures across the inventory to reflect current needs 2. Provide monthly management statistics/reports as required 3. Provide quotes in response to customer requests 4. Maintain a library of vendor catalogue's, Air Publications, Microfiche/CD's 5. Maintain a register of Tucano Tools External Relationships 1.
