Join a small software team working on the development and implementation of algorithms for the optimization of ASICcircuits. The successful candidate will be working on long term projects but also need to be flexible to solve short-termproblems and bug-fixing. The role will include specifying, developing, implementing, integrating and testing algorithms,extensive C++ programming work and applying knowledge of the algorithms and constraints involved in this work.We would like to hear from software engineers with excellent C++ in a Unix or Linux environment, a good degree /A levels(mostly A & Bs) and any of the following would be nice - Unix/Linux shell scripting, Problem-solving, Optimizationalgorithms, Large/Efficient data-structures, ASIC design awareness, Source control tools, Testing, Small team/companyexperience. The list of skills and experience should be considered a guideline and candidates fulfilling some of thesewill be considered as well as candidates fulfilling all.Is this position what youre looking for?
