C++ Windows GUI Software Engineer - 28k to 40k basicLocation: OxfordshireOur client is a well funded, hi-tech start-up company developing a range of imaging technologies.They are looking for ambitious and motivated, highly qualified individual to fill the vacant position of C++ Windows GUISoftware Engineer.THE ROLEKey focus for the C++ Windows GUI Software Engineer will be to develop and maintain the MS Windows based applications forimage processing and user interface.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS- The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant technical discipline (computer science, mathematics, orengineering)- You will have gained 2+ years of commercial software application development using Visual C++ in a Windows XPenvironment.- You will possess a keen interest in user interface design together with strong general technical and problem solvingskills.Desirable Skills- Knowledge and interest of MFC, COM, Embedded systems design (CE, XP embedded, Linux using web server/thin client) willbe valuable. |
