Description:

: Main Accountabilities. Establish Capability, Tools and Processes requirements for all activities & Programmes in short, medium and long term. Ensure delivery acceptable short, medium and long term capability solutions that meet requirements. Ensure development of Capability, Tools and Processes requirements and developments are fully integrated across the Engineering disciplines and all areas. Deliver Capability, Tools and Processes solution to bridge identified Engineering performance gaps. Ideally candidates will have a degree or HND/HNC in a relevant Engineering field and a minimum of 3 working years experience which includes leadership roles in Engineering Operations and Engineering Capability Development. Detailed knowledge of Engineering processes and tools and their importance & interaction with the rest of the business process.
