To provide daily/weekly/monthly end to end platform capacity monitoring stats and processes for a business critical system in line with ITIL guidelines.To provide daily/weekly/monthly end to end performance monitoring stats and processes for a business critical system in line with ITIL guidelines. To provide 3rd line systems support and consultancy for a business critical messaging and data transfer platform. Responsible for delivering high levels of Customer Satisfaction, by ensuring platform performance is delivered to customer requirements. To provide end to end capacity planning for a single business critical systems in line with customer and business growth and revenue growth projects. Working with a ITIL aligned Management team to own, manage and develop ITIL Capacity and Performance Management process. Work under a controlled and structured framework that follows industry standards and meets customer requirements.Capacity, Performance and Monitoring Management Hosting function provides end to end capacity and performance management to maximise the customer take up and business revenue growth patterns excellence in technical 3rd line support delivery, to maximise delivery quality whilst delivering enriched customer loyalty. The Capacity, Performance and Monitoring Managers role in Hosting is fundamental to successfully delivery ITIL based and Process orientated solutions for end to end Capacity and Performance. The emphasis in the group is on ensuring the technical integrity of the solution delivered, whilst maintaining structures and controls required for successful service delivery.Reporting to Management on end to end Capacity and Performance stats to enable planning for growth. Proactively manage and resolve issues/risks and support processes. Strong Technical Trouble Shooting in environment specific skill set. Strong technical skill set. Particularly strength in Messaging Systems, networking and messaging applications Good technical knowledge of Unix O/SGood technical knowledge of networkingAbility to manage multiple concurrent 3rd line support deliverablesCustomer OrientedExcellent written and verbal communicationCapable of Virtual Team management, including sub contractor management.Commercially astute.Good problem solving.Leadership, personal drive and enthusiasm.Technical qualification ideal but not essential.Experience in dealing with multiple business sectors & operational functions.
