About the roleManaging a small team of catering staff within a bar/restaurant at a popular golf club in Stevenage. Will be responsiblefor all aspects of the general running of the bar and restaurant. Hours will include evening and weekends and are basedon a 38-40 hour week, 5 days out of 7.Who we're looking forManagement or supervisory experience ideally from a pub/hotel background. Needs to possess good customer service skills,have good organisational skills and be willing to cover all roles within the team.About the employerPopular gold club offering facilities to there members as well as providing functions for weddings and parties etc. Partof a large group so good career potential.Salary, benefits and training22 days holiday and profit/performance related pay.
