Implement Change, Configuration and Release Management processes for highly successful systems house with huge, high-profile contracts and truly interesting programmes. Own and manage the configuration management database, create release policy, take a responsible role within an important project. They seek a minimum of 5 years experience in change, configuration and release with a background in IT Services/Consultancy. Relevant management experience with Service Management qualifications - such as ITIL. Someone who has worked the whole lifecycle with excellent communication skills.
