Portland Oak is seeking to identify a qualified, UK based, Channel and Partner Manager for a US software developer. Ourclient has an information management platform specifically for the storage, retrieval and archiving of their clientsemails and business documentation. They have an established UK and Nordic partner network and seek a UK (South) basedPartner and Channel Manager to develop this network.FULL DESCRIPTION:Portland Oak is a UK based specialised search and selection company that recruits sales and pre-sales individuals solelyon behalf of enterprise software and professional services clients.We currently have a client that develops a selection of software applications aimed at enabling clients too efficientlystore, retrieve and archive their email communications and business documentation. With recent legal compliance issuesregarding the storage and archiving of company data our client has witnessed recent unprecedented growth across Europe.They already have an existing network of channel partners across the UK and Nordic regions and require a UK based channelmanager / partner manager to look after them and build on revenue growth.Firstly, candidates must currently be employed in some sort of channel, partner or alliances management capacity. Inaddition, candidates must have 3 years+ experience of working for a software vendor that develops solutions based aroundemail archiving, storage management, file archiving and/or document management. Lastly, candidates will have a stablecareer history and any knowledge of CHAMP sales methodology would be welcomed.
