Description:

Our client is the UKs largest integrated communications service provider providing fixed, mobile and internet services to residential and business customers. They are seeking two Channel Managers: one to manage the Direct Channel and the other to manage the Indirect Channel. They will manage their own sales team (both field and internal sales personnel) and the indirect or direct channel partners. You will need 5-8 years sales experience in Business indirect or direct channels or distribution type business model, experience in the voice and data market sector, a proven track record in managing a sales team, experience in new business development and account management of indirect channel partners, proven ability to consistently deliver sales targets, strong negotiation and account management skills. Our client is particularly interested in candidates with experience in data, voice or mobile products. You will need to be a capable stand up presenter and trainer / field coach. You will be expected to achieve the revenue & margin targets set within the indirect sales channels for voice and mobile sales, to develop and grow the sales channels of dealers and resellers, both in profile and across multiple business sectors. You will also be expected to source new partners, develop the annual sales plan. And initiate process and procedural improvements that result in improved sales performance and quality. Package: GBP 40K - GBP 50K basic / GBP 85K - GBP 100K OTE + car or car allowance
