Overview of DepartmentTo facilitate services via internal and external teams.Continuation of an uninterrupted chauffeur & transport service across the AVIVA group.Key Responsibilities * To be fully conversant in the process of scheduling chauffeur & transport duties. * To provide or ensure that provision is made for cover for sickness, holidays and known peak periods in order to maintain the required service to users. * To provide any training or coaching required by new members of the Co-Ordinators team. * Plan for uninterrupted service. * Ensure best practice is used in provision of services. * Collation and presentation of MI. * Key Performance Indicators: Agreed service levels. * Performance measurement.Qualifications and Skills * Knowledge of chauffeur & transport services in a large organisation * Customer relationship skills * Communication skills * Organisational skills * IT literate * Ability to work with senior managers and a diverse customer base * Maintain confidentiality * Experience of working with external suppliers and contractors * Experience in the effective use of internal resources * Experience in developing customer interfacesLocation: Norwich
