: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a standard Project Documentation Strategy and ensuring technical compliance of technical products with both internal codes of practice, national standards, mandatory legislation, and client specific standards. You will be providing technical support and guidance to the engineering department and provide input and assistance on identifying Product Development requirements. You will assist in the review of new business tenders, technical solutions, areas of improvement and Variation Order Opportunities. With at least 10 years experience in the Subsea Controls Industry, including at least two years in a position of responsibility - either managing a department, a team or having held management or technical responsibility for a project, you will have a Mechanical Engineering background and will be familiar with relevant national and international standards and engineering practices. You must be able to communicate effectively and have an aptitude for learning new technology, techniques, methods and principles. Whilst with a mechanical discipline background, you shall be capable of understanding all three engineering disciplines and will have an ability to improve the understanding and knowledge in all engineering areas. |
