Description:

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: To provide technical documentation analysis and authorisation of new customer solutions. Analysing new Complex, Bespoke and Standard MPLS VPN engineering design documentation, ensuring accuracy of data andexplanation of all aspects of design including, topology, routing protocols. Technical authority on site-by-site handovers and solution coming into Customer Operations management for new MPLScustomer. Evaluate all internal and customer change request, rejecting or approving. Also to work with Customer Care inscheduling these changes. To be responsible for data accuracy in all support systems and provide a clear pointof contact for all issue relating to these systems. To make recommendations / requirements based on the above and communicateaccepted solutions to all Customer Ops engineersSKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES: Good knowledge of IP networks and Cisco technologies 1 years experience in IP technical role CCNA qualification is preferable (Best Accreditation Match CCDA )An undergraduate degree in Computer Studies or equivalent Possess strong time management, organisation, and team player capabilities Be self motivated, organised, inquisitive and open to new and varying challenges Experience of working within a pressurised and changing environment. Strong administration skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including: Visio, Excel & Access Rapport building & confidence in liaising with all levels of employees throughoutthe company Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and spoken English with further 2nd European language anadvantage Creative problem solver, able to approach tasks & issues quickly,effectively & with a focus on continual improvement.
