An experienced Network Engineer with CCNP qualification and experience is required by this dynamic network serviceprovider. The job holder must possess a driving licence, as the job would require travel to sites for support on customernetworks around the Midlands area. The ideal candidate would have a mixture of skills across remote monitoring andsupport, as well as having the ability to be hands on with the equipment and troubleshooting them at client sites whenrequired. You would be working with mainly Cisco Routers 1600/2600/3600 and Cat Switches 4500/5500//6500 as well as beinginvolved in a large scale MPLS integration project. Other skills required would be SNMPc and the likes of remote toolsfor example CiscoWorks etc.. You must have excellent technical and customer facing skills with the ability to react anddeal with complex network issues against strict deadlines. |
