This is a well established company that has an excellent reputation for both the services it provides and also the companies professionalism. Providing a first class Sales Support service your duties would include - Recording data using the Companys systems will also be a key part of the role as will ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a busy sales office on a day to day basis. Detailed checking of all new business applications prior to submission. Input of all new business, fees, retainers and renewals Maintain and update all client informationProvide a friendly, efficient reception service.Ensure all office equipment is maintained and in full working orderProvide cover for other members of the administration team during sickness and holidays in your location and other locations within reasonable traveling distance/time.General skills requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, daily dealing with clients, Head Office Departments and Managers.-Ability to prioritize workload and rearrange own priorities at short notice.
