A major blue-chip organisation are searching for Claims Assistants (Service) to provide a quality, front line, focused claims service that supports the achievement of departmental objectives. Your role will include; Promptly handles and positively resolves all enquiries from both customer and external contacts to ensure delivery of a focused claims service. Reviews, resolves and proactively finalises claims within authority limits ensuring settlement at an optimum level with consideration to business implications. Increase productivity and profitability within the team. Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture. To be considered for this role you will need good Numeracy and literacy skills (to GCSE level/equivalent), be computer literate, be able to deliver excellent customer service, work in a team/as a team player, be able to cope with varying workloads and pressures and good negotiation skills.
