One of the UKs largest insurance based financial services provider is looking for Claims Handlers to be based in Newcastle city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company that is based in more than 50 countries and employs more than 62,000 people. This role consists of all customer facing functions involved in the handling of motor/home claims, and regular contact with Service providers as well as Customers. This is an ideal opportunity to develop your career within a rapidly progressing Claims environment, focusing on Customer Service excellence and loss cost management, whilst maximising the use of the telephone in a focused and fast paced Call Centre culture. Our client is looking for outstanding people now to deliver their vision for the future. The role will involve the prompt handling and resolution of customer enquiries to ensure the delivery of a customer focused service. You will be responsible for ensuring claims are handled in an efficient and accurate way working closely with the customer and service providers.
